Anti-aging ingredients -2

Sunscreens!

Did you know that the sun is responsible for about 95% of the signs of aging?
What makes us to say that sunscreens are, to date, the best anti-aging ingredient? A night cream does not need sun protection, but any day cream should have a sun protection.

Peptides!

The peptides are part of anti-aging ingredients most successful to date. There are several kinds of peptides, but peptide is a chain of amino acids which has the property of stimulating the production of collagen in the skin, reducing wrinkles. The advantage of the peptide is also being made of small particles, which are able to penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin, which gives better results than one ingredient that acts on the epidermis.

Retinol

Retinol is a derivative of vitamin A. Several derivatives of vitamin A are used in skin care, but retinol is from an animal source. Retinol has the effect of stimulating the natural production of collagen, which fills wrinkles and smoothes lines. For real results, it is absolutely essential to buy a cream that contains retinol encapsulated a bottle “airless” or retinol ampoules because retinol is sensitive to air and light.

Vitamin E

There is a ton of vitamins that are good for your skin! I decided to focus on vitamins E and B, because I think they should be reflected in all anti-aging creams!

Vitamin E is actually present in almost all anti-aging treatments. It acts primarily as a potent antioxidant. It protects the skin from free radicals. It also helps the skin to repair itself and acts as an anti-inflammatory. In addition, it stimulates the production of collagen, supports the growth of cells and accelerates regeneration.

Vitamin E, added cream helps the skin to have a more youthful appearance, prevents and helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

Vitamin B!

Vitamin B, when it is less frequently discussed in health care. But we appreciate its more virtues. When we talk about vitamin B, actually we are talking about several vitamins, because it is a family of vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, and B12. In general, vitamin B is great responsible for our skin glow. Our skin needs vitamin B to maintain healthy growth and its renewal. Vitamin B12, for example, is essential for cell reproduction and vitamin B12 deficiency can cause dry skin, wrinkles, acne, etc. And the B8, biotin, are forms the basis of skin cells. Without enough of them we can end up with dermatitis, itching, skin peels, etc. As for B3, niacin, it helps the skin to retain its moisture, giving skin plumper, hydrated and less wrinkled. It also has anti-inflammatory properties to relieve dry, irritated skin. Creams containing vitamin B can give the skin a healthy glow almost instantly while hydrating cells and increasing skin tone.

Anti-aging ingredients -1

There are lots of anti aging products in the market and in each product contains different ingredients. Therefore which is the best? , what product best suits us?
Hence it is important to know more about the ingredients in the anti aging creams. All the ingredients we are discussing here need not be in order of importance. Since each skin differs from the other the need for the ingredient also varies.

AHA and BHA

AHAs (alpha hydroxy acids) and BHA (beta hydroxy acid), or fruit acids are exfoliates chemicals that remove dead skin cells on the surface of the skin. They are used for a decade by dermatologists to do, what is called a peel, which removes the top layer of the skin by stimulating cell renewal and collagen synthesis and Elastin (these two elements form the main matrix of the skin), which reveals a completely new skin. Peeling gives a fresh and a super smooth, brighter, softer, more toned and elastic, skin.
Counter, we found in varying concentrations. More over glycolic acid gives best results so we can say without any doubt that the AHA and BHA are among the best anti-aging ingredients.

Hyaluronic acid

Hyaluronic acid is a kind of polymer obtained by bacterial fermentation. It is found naturally in the skin (called the matrix polysaccharides). It is a fundamental substance of the skin, which acts by filling the space between the other elements thereof. It fills in the spaces by binding large quantities of water. This acts as filler in the natural skin. Hyaluronic acid is an almost identical imitation which creates the same effect. Synthetic polymers reproduce the matrix of polysaccharides in water swelling. The hyaluronic acid spheres will swell in contact with water and retain a large amount, which remains in the epidermis. The epidermis, being super hydrated, looks plumper and less withered, which decreases the appearance of surface lines and wrinkles.
